Upper East Side
The UES is one of the biggest neighborhoods in the city stretching from East 59th Street up to East 110th Street and from 5th Avenue to the river. For the more exclusive apartments and addresses look between 5th Avenue and Lexington and for the more well priced and affordable apartments look from Lexington to the river. One of the best aspects of this area is its quality verses price ratio. The best value doorman buildings are to be found here sitting next to well priced walk up apartments.

The UES had fantastic restaurants and world class museums along with great little coffee shops that the locals frequent. There are supermarkets like Fairways and Elis that bring world class grocery products to the area. The public schools are some of the best in the city and make this an attractive area for families and young professionals looking for a good quality life style.
